Zhongya valve co., LTD. is a collection res-earch and development, manufacturing,sales and integrated high-tech enterprises.The compand is located in NO.3511 Yongqiang Avenue Longwan District Wenzhou city Zhejiang China.The company introduces advanced technology from abroad, the modern scale production, and equip Germany processing center, Taiwan CNC machine, super precision vertical lathe, automatic painting line and special equipment, machining center, CNC machine tools, special molding, slinging cleaning, passivation treatment,ultrasonic cleaning equipment and a variety of valve pressure testing equipments. As well as equipped with photoelectric direct reading analyzer, thickness tester, radiographic, ultrasonic and liquid penetrant ect,nondestructive testing equipment to ensure that the company’s products can be manufactured strictly in accordance with clients’requirements of related standard ,to meet the different demands of them.
Company main products are gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, check valve, butterfly valve, hydraulic control valve, supply and drainage water equipment and a variety of special nonstandard special valves. The company implements API ( USA) and EN (European Union), ISO (international organization for standardization), BS (British), JIS (Japan) and GB (China) and other major advanced industrial countries and the latest standards of the national standard designing production. Valve body materials are used of carbon steel, alloy steel, chrome moly-bdenum steel, stainless steel, low-temperature steel, high-temperature steel, nickel base and cobalt base alloy and other materials, and materials specified by the user. Products are widely used in petroleum, chemical,natural gas, coal chemical industry, electric power, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, paper making,beer industry, food, building, water supply, prevent pollution, and a large number of them are exported to the United States,Europe,Russia, Middle East, Japan,South Korea and southeast Asia and other regions.
The company has 11 engineers, including 5 senior engineers, 16 senior technical staff of bachelor degree above, with high technology, R & D personnel use the advanced design tools such as CAD,CAE, Solid-works and FEA ( finite element ) to ensure advancement,unity, validity and quality reliability.
